Description. You will have Three days (2 lessons a day) to experience post-war Italian cinema from the first World War up until the sixties; and three days (2 lessons a day) dedicated to the last forty years. From De Sica to Sorrentino; through Fellini and Antonioni, the course is designed to hold two lessons every day about a certain period, a particular school or trend and the projection of one of the most representative films of the period.

Objectives. The course aims to provide a description of Italian cinema as a manifestation of the culture of the country. The teachers, all with a specific university training in Italian and international cinema, guide students along paths beginning from the analysis of film techniques to through to the more strictly artistic and cultural aspects.

Description. The course consists of 8 lessons per week of acting and improvisational theater (2 lessons per day from Tuesday to Friday). The teachers of the course are professional actors who specialize in teaching acting techniques and design enjoyable and challenging communicative exercises.

Objectives. These drama classes allow students to create particular situations in which they exercise their language skills that they have developed during their intensive language course. The aim of the course is to make sure that participants are able to exercise their language skills in an original and inspiring communicative situation.

Who it’s for. This course is geared towards those who wish to practice the language by living the experience of theater. The lessons are designed both for students who have already had some experience in theater, and also for those who have never tried to act.
